CONNECT PURCHASE TERMS

These Connect Purchase Terms (“Terms”) apply to the purchase of Connect services, credits, or lead-access features offered by Tour Raja Private Limited through the TourRaja platform.

By purchasing or using Connect, you agree to these Terms.

1. What is Connect?

Connect is a paid feature that allows eligible travel agents to access or respond to traveler inquiries/leads available through the TourRaja platform.

Connect is intended to help travel agents discover potential customers and communicate with them directly.

TourRaja does not guarantee that a Connect purchase will result in a booking, sale, revenue, or conversion.

2. Connect Purchase

Connect may be offered as:

  • Individual Connect credits
  • Connect packages
  • Monthly or periodic Connect plans
  • Promotional Connect offers
  • Other Connect-related services introduced by TourRaja

The applicable price, number of Connect credits, validity period, and other conditions will be displayed before purchase.

Once payment is successfully completed, the purchased Connect benefits may be credited to the agent's TourRaja account.

3. How Connect Is Used

Depending on the applicable Connect product, a Connect credit may be used to access or initiate contact with an eligible traveler lead.

The exact Connect usage requirements may vary depending on the product or package purchased and will be displayed to the agent.

Connect credits:

  • Cannot be transferred to another agent account.
  • Cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be converted into platform membership unless specifically stated.
  • May expire if an expiry period is specified at the time of purchase.

4. No Guarantee of Leads or Business

Purchasing Connect does not guarantee:

  • A minimum number of leads
  • A particular type of traveler
  • A particular destination
  • A particular budget
  • Traveler response
  • A booking or transaction
  • Revenue or profit
  • Successful conversion of a lead

Traveler inquiries depend on actual user activity and availability on the TourRaja platform.

5. Agent Responsibility

Agents are responsible for:

  • Responding professionally to travelers.
  • Providing accurate package and pricing information.
  • Confirming availability and final terms directly with the traveler.
  • Following applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining their agency profile and contact information.
  • Not misleading, harassing, spamming, or repeatedly contacting travelers.

Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund, travel service, or dispute between an agent and traveler is handled directly between those parties.

6. Traveler Information

Connect may provide agents with information submitted by travelers for the purpose of responding to their travel inquiry.

Agents must:

  • Use traveler information only for legitimate travel-related communication.
  • Keep personal information secure.
  • Not sell, share, publish, or misuse traveler information.
  • Not use traveler information for unrelated marketing or spam.
  • Comply with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

7. Refunds and Cancellation

Connect purchases are generally non-refundable once Connect credits or access have been successfully issued or used, except where:

  • Required by applicable law;
  • TourRaja specifically approves a refund;
  • A technical error results in an incorrect charge;
  • TourRaja fails to provide the purchased Connect service.

If a Connect purchase is affected by a technical issue, the agent should contact TourRaja support with the transaction details.

8. Incorrect or Invalid Leads

If TourRaja provides a mechanism to report invalid leads, agents may report issues such as:

  • Duplicate lead
  • Clearly fake or fraudulent inquiry
  • Incorrect or unusable contact information
  • Technical duplication
  • Other categories specifically recognized by TourRaja

TourRaja may review reported leads and, at its discretion, restore or adjust Connect credits where the issue is verified.

A refund or credit adjustment is not automatic merely because a traveler does not respond, changes their mind, chooses another agent, or does not make a booking.

9. Misuse of Connect

TourRaja may restrict, suspend, or terminate Connect access if an agent:

  • Misuses traveler information
  • Sends spam or abusive communications
  • Creates fake inquiries
  • Manipulates the platform
  • Uses multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Engages in fraudulent activity
  • Violates TourRaja policies or Terms and Conditions

In such cases, unused Connect credits may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the violation.

10. Pricing and Taxes

All applicable prices, taxes, fees, and charges will be displayed during the purchase process where applicable.

TourRaja may change Connect pricing or introduce new Connect products. Changes will generally apply to future purchases and will not retroactively alter already-purchased Connect credits unless required or otherwise stated.

11. Technical Issues

TourRaja will make reasonable efforts to keep Connect services available. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond TourRaja's reasonable control.

12. Changes to Connect

TourRaja may modify, suspend, or discontinue Connect or any particular Connect package when necessary.

Where appropriate, TourRaja may provide notice of significant changes affecting already-purchased benefits.

13. Platform Relationship

TourRaja is a travel discovery and connection platform. TourRaja does not itself provide the travel package, accommodation, transportation, tour, or other travel service offered by an independent travel agent.

Any booking, payment, contract, refund, cancellation, or service arrangement is between the traveler and the relevant travel agent.

14. Acceptance

By purchasing Connect, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Connect Purchase Terms and any applicable TourRaja Terms and Conditions.
