At TourRaja, we respect intellectual property rights and expect all users, travel agents, partners, and visitors to do the same. This Intellectual Property Policy explains the ownership and permitted use of content available on the TourRaja platform.

1. TourRaja Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content and materials created or provided by Tour Raja Private Limited on the TourRaja platform are owned by or licensed to TourRaja.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • TourRaja name, logo, brand identity and trademarks
  • Website design, layout and user interface
  • Text, graphics, icons and illustrations
  • Original photographs, videos and marketing materials
  • Software, features, functionality and source code
  • Databases, platform structure and proprietary systems
  • Website content, documentation and other original materials

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from TourRaja's intellectual property without prior written permission.

2. Travel Agent Content

Travel agents may upload content to TourRaja, including:

  • Agency name and business information
  • Travel package details
  • Descriptions and itineraries
  • Prices and offers
  • Photographs and videos
  • Logos and branding
  • Contact information
  • Other promotional materials

The travel agent retains ownership of the content they provide, subject to any rights granted to TourRaja under the platform's Terms and Conditions.

By uploading content, the agent confirms that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to use and publish that content.

3. License Granted to TourRaja

When an agent uploads content to TourRaja, they grant TourRaja a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, format, modify where reasonably necessary for technical or promotional purposes, and distribute that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the TourRaja platform.

This may include displaying the content on:

  • TourRaja's website
  • Search and destination pages
  • Agent profiles
  • Package listings
  • Social media and marketing campaigns
  • Advertisements and promotional materials

This license does not transfer ownership of the agent's original content to TourRaja.

4. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Users and agents must not upload or publish content that infringes another person's or company's intellectual property rights.

This includes unauthorized use of:

  • Copyrighted photographs
  • Videos
  • Logos and trademarks
  • Brand names
  • Brochures and marketing materials
  • Website content
  • Maps or other protected materials
  • AI-generated or stock content where the user does not have appropriate usage rights

Agents are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or licenses before uploading such content.

5. Trademarks

The TourRaja name, logo, trademarks, service marks and other branding elements may not be used without prior written permission from Tour Raja Private Limited.

Third-party trademarks displayed on TourRaja remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content available on TourRaja infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify:

  • The copyrighted work or intellectual property involved
  • The allegedly infringing content or listing
  • The location of the content on TourRaja
  • Evidence showing your ownership or authorization to act on behalf of the owner
  • Your contact details
  • Any additional information that may help us investigate the complaint

7. Removal of Infringing Content

TourRaja may investigate reported intellectual-property violations and, where appropriate, remove, restrict, or disable access to content that appears to infringe intellectual property rights.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of an agent or user account.

8. No Unauthorized Use of TourRaja

You may not use TourRaja's website, content, data, design, branding, or platform functionality to create a competing service, reproduce substantial portions of the platform, scrape protected content, or commercially exploit TourRaja materials without written authorization.

9. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted under this policy or our Terms and Conditions are reserved by their respective owners.

TourRaja reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property Policy when necessary.
