1. Agent Responsibility

Every travel agent listed on TourRaja is responsible for the accuracy of their:

• Office address and location
• Contact details
• Website and social media information
• Package names and descriptions
• Destinations
• Travel dates
• Package prices
• Hotel information
• Transportation details
• Inclusions and exclusions
• Images and videos
• Cancellation policies
• Other services or claims made in their listings

Agents must review their information regularly and update it whenever there is a change.

2. Package Price Accuracy

Agents must display prices accurately and transparently.

Agents should clearly mention:

• Starting price, where applicable
• Price per person or per group
• Number of travelers considered
• Taxes and additional charges
• Optional services
• Mandatory charges
• Seasonal or date-based price differences

Agents must not advertise an artificially low price simply to attract clicks and then impose undisclosed mandatory charges.

3. Availability

Agents must make reasonable efforts to ensure that advertised packages and services are actually available.

If a package, hotel, activity, or service is no longer available, the agent should:

Update → Pause → or Remove the listing.

TourRaja may deactivate outdated listings where necessary.

4. Images & Media

Images, videos, and other media used in listings should accurately represent the advertised destination, accommodation, activities, or services.

Agents must not:

• Use misleading images.
• Use images belonging to another business without permission.
• Present stock images as actual property images when doing so could mislead customers.
• Use edited images that materially misrepresent the service.

5. Business Information

Agents must provide genuine business information.

Agents must not publish:

• Fake addresses
• Fake phone numbers
• False business names
• Misleading certifications
• False awards
• Unauthorized brand affiliations
• False claims of being an official representative of another company

TourRaja may request supporting documents when necessary.

6. Regular Updates

Agents should regularly review their listings to ensure that information remains current.

TourRaja may set an expiry period for packages depending on the agent's membership plan.

For example:

Basic: Package may expire after 15 days

Paid Plans: Longer package validity according to the applicable plan

Expired packages may be automatically deactivated until the agent updates or renews them.

7. Corrections & Updates

If an agent discovers incorrect information in a listing, they should correct it as soon as possible.

If a traveler reports inaccurate information, TourRaja may contact the agent and request clarification or correction.

8. TourRaja's Right to Review Listings

To maintain the quality of the platform, TourRaja may review listings and take appropriate action when information appears:

• Inaccurate
• Outdated
• Misleading
• Incomplete
• Fraudulent
• In violation of TourRaja policies

Possible actions include:

• Requesting corrections
• Temporarily hiding a listing
• Deactivating a package
• Removing misleading content
• Restricting an agent's account

• Suspending or terminating the account in serious cases

9. Customer Reports

Travelers can report inaccurate or misleading information to TourRaja.

• Wrong hotel information
• Incorrect destination details
• Fake business information
• Unavailable package
• Misleading images
• Incorrect contact information
• Other inaccurate claims

10. Direct Communication With Agents

TourRaja allows travelers to connect directly with travel agents.

Any changes agreed between the traveler and agent should be confirmed directly with the agent.

11. Responsibility for Services

TourRaja provides a platform for discovering and connecting with travel agents.

The travel agent is responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for the travel services they offer directly to customers.

TourRaja does not independently guarantee that every package, price, hotel, itinerary, or service published by an agent will remain available or unchanged.

12. Policy Violations

Repeated or serious violations of this policy may result in:

• Listing removal
• Package deactivation
• Reduced platform visibility
• Loss of verification status
• Account suspension
• Permanent account termination
